Baiyun or the “White cloud” riverside residential project sits on top of a mixed-use development, surrounded by a river corridor and the green axis of the city of Guangzhou. Turning the development itself into a heart of resourcefulness nature with “ECO LIVING RESIDENTIAL” which immerses nature in people’s lifestyle.

A ripple-like landscape and deep forest-inspired design using dynamic waterscape, to achieve the wonder of ecology with the extraordinary phenomenon under the terrarium landscape.

In order to mitigate the impact of wind and waves on the riverside, the landscape design suggests planting plants with strong wind resistance on the river surface, and planting rich varieties of tropical ornamental plants inside to adjust the local microclimate.

ENTRANCE AREA

The circular gallery frame is the main entrance and porch space for the residents, and the upper deck is also the core and highest point in the overall landscape layout. You can overlook the beauty of the Pearl River in the southwest, the water source of the valley in the north, and the vitality in the northwest. The oasis in the east, you can explore the rainforest habitat

Guangzhou is located on the subtropical coast and has an oceanic subtropical monsoon climate. Warm and rainy, with plenty of light and heat, long summers and short frost periods. The average temperature is 20-22 degrees Celsius throughout the year, and the weather is hot and windy from July to September. The water and heat are at the same time throughout the year, and the rainfall is abundant, which is conducive to plant growth.
