The site is near the Yuen Long South Development Area and will benefit from the proposed infrastructure and enhanced residential amenities.
DESIGN CONCEPT & STRATEGY
(Hong Kong, 2 July 2021) Kerry Properties Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 50% equity interest in two land parcels in Yuen Long’s Shap Pat Heung Road and Tai Tong Road from Top Spring International Holdings Limited (HKEx: 3688). The Shap Pat Heung Road and Tai Tong Road sites are located in a fast-developing neighborhood. They are only a 5 to 15-minute walk from Yuen Long’s town center and the Yuen Long West Rail Station, with good accessibility via Light Rail transit, and the many bus and minibus routes along the Yuen Long section of Castle Peak Road. The two sites are currently agricultural land reserves, and the application process to convert them into private residential usage is underway. Upon completion of the process, the Shap Pat Heung Road and Tai Tong Road sites are expected to generate approximately 245,032 square feet and 36,415 square feet of gross floor area respectively, and will offer unobstructed open views.
